Registration

The initial registration for the Metropolitan Science and Engineering Fair/NJAS is now digital.  To completely register for the MSEF/NJAS Science Fair each entrant must complete all of the following steps:

Step 1) Click here and answer all questions on the Rules Wizard (the Rules Wizard will help you identify all other forms required for your project)

 

Step 2) Complete all forms listed by the Rules Wizard 

(Required for Entry: 

The above forms are REQUIRED for all projects by February 4 for entry.  Links to all forms other than the MSEF Digital Registration Form will be provided by the Rules Wizard.  The abstract is part of the MSEF Digital Registration Form and does not need to be sent separately)

Mail hard copies of:

  • Form 1 (Checklist for Adult Sponsor)
  • Research Plan/Summary
  • Form 1A (Student Checklist)
  • Form 1B (Approval Form)
  • other required forms as determined by ISEF Rules Wizard 
  • $12 entry fee (payable to MSEF)

 

Team Project:

  • Form 1B (Approval Form) for Partner #1
  • Form 1B (Approval Form) for Partner #2
  • Form 1 (Checklist for Adult Sponsor)
  • Research Plan/Summary. Include in the outline each person's tasks
  • Form 1A (Student Checklist) 
  • other required forms as determined by ISEF Rules Wizard 

$24 entry fee (payable to MSEF)

Step 3) Links to all forms are in the ISEF Rules Wizard.  The abstract is part of the MSEF Digital Registration Form and does not need to be sent with the Research Plan/Summary.  Mail all hard copies and fees to
